This is my first time buying a 3-in-1 cable that can connect to an apple watch. All three cables were tested and are working.

The one i got, lighting cable cannot connect apple carplay but still able to charge. Type c works with carplay. Won’t able to charge 2 device as the same time (example iphone and ipad)
